Reservations are made on a first-come, first-served basis. Please make a reservation as soon as possible.

Cancellation / Revision

  • ●Please revise and/or cancel your reservation from your "My Page" by the reservation deadline. If you would like to revise and/or cancel your reservation after the deadline, please send your request by email (acd2022@gmt.jtb.jp).
  • ●In case of cancellation, your deposit will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.
  • ●For other prescribed conditions, please check the Application Procedures on the application page.
